I noticed you are making a custom GPT for each news topic - do you think it would work to create a custom GPT for the news, and then ask the user to first choose their topic?

I have made this on purpose this way for few reasons , first not everyone wants a general need app , a person who like a certain topic can save it a particular GPT and quickly with one action read dailt news , this saves times and need for command, the GOT functions better when it is focused and I have made easier this way to introduce updates. There are few more things that can be done….

oh ok! Well if it is mostly about saving time, I can imagine a use case where users are interested in news on more than one topic - so a multi-topic GPT would save them the time of switching between GPTs. Also, you might not think of all the topics that interest people.

I actually made the first news feed for my self , with was covering Ai News , I like what made , I explored other topics which are common in all newspapers , but tried to stick to particular topics and segment. Yes sure one newspaper can work but it will have to be crafted so well, that almost certainly I will have to use it every day which is rare. I usually ever only have a like 3 topics of interest that I like to read … it’s like when you go on google looking for certain news or an online web service usually we go read topics and ave them like bookmarks , well here each topic works exactly this way . I click on the gpt , type read News , minimum interaction with best result .
