I have been having this issue as well, I've been able to save at least one of my old gpts to public after encountering this. New GPTs won't publish to public tho, this started yesterday evening for me and I have been building daily because my pet project is a gpt that builds gpts

I had issue updating to public yesterday. Worked today. Had person ask about that a in other group and today she could publish. Not sure what is happening.
