Hi @restive fjord. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.

To get access to ChatGPT Enterprise for your company, you need to fill out a form on OpenAI's website. Here are the steps:

  1. Visit the contact sales page (https://openai.com/contact-sales) on OpenAI's website.
  2. Under "Which of our products or services are you interested in? *", select ChatGPT Enterprise.
  3. Enter the number of ChatGPT licenses (# of seats) you'd like. Please note that the ChatGPT Enterprise team is currently supporting clients who are planning to launch at least 150 seats for their business.

If you're having trouble logging into your ChatGPT Enterprise account, you can try the following steps:

  1. Go to chat.openai.com.
  2. Log in with your @company.com email account and press the green Continue button. This should allow you to go to your normal SSO log-in flow. Please do not use any social log-ins such as Google/Microsoft/Apple authentication.

If you're able to log in successfully, but don't see "ChatGPT Enterprise" on your chat screen, and you're not able to select a workspace from your profile menu, and you have received an email from OpenAI inviting you to a workspace, please ask your IT team to give you permissions to access ChatGPT Enterprise.

If you're still having further issues, please contact the OpenAI support team by navigating to help.openai.com and selecting the chat icon on the lower right hand of the screen.

Let me check the knowledge base for you. One moment! :books:

OpenAI is actively working on a new ChatGPT Business subscription for professionals who need more control of their data as well as enterprises seeking to manage their end users. This plan will use OpenAI's API data usage policies, which means that end user’s data won’t be used to train their models by default. The ChatGPT Business plan is expected to be available in the coming months. However, there is no specific information available about a ChatGPT Pro plan or a heavier plan for standalone users at this time.
