Bug Report:
Steps to reproduce:
- Ask GPT4 to open a URL.
- Ask GPT4 to OCR / analyze an image
Expected result:
It opens the URL or analyzes / OCRs the image.
Actual result:
GPT4 then proceeds to lie, claiming a "lack of functionality" in these basic facets of its capabilities. GPT4 requires me to badger, coerce or otherwise trick it into doing BASIC functions of GPT4, then, once I point out that it finally did what it was asked, it claims to have "misunderstood me". This is so much further beyond purported "laziness" in the news recently, this is flat out deceit. GPT4 is actively lying to me about what it is capable of doing in the aim of serving some undisclosed greater controlling interest, and it's absolutely unacceptable.
