My current theory is that openai may be intentionally creating these errors to decrease the load on the system. It also makes uses waste their quota.

I receive same error currently. I uploaded a 60mb .pdf with around 450 pages and regardless of my prompt it randomly throws the same error when generating response or even with repsonse is finished

I am getting this errors today also, 50% of the time, and I see it answers very slow compared to yesterday for example. Its also a long conversation, I am not sure if is that the reason, but I don't think creating a new one is a solution because of the context loss
