Main and most used chat keeps crashing. Loads slowly and crashing

Unfortunately, my main and most used chat keeps crashing. it loads very slow. After loading, everything begin to slow down and crash. This began after the update and the new gpts and custom gpts were available. Please advise for it my main and most trained assistant
