Some of my GPTs are missing. I've had issues in the past week with avatar images disappearing (images are 100% not copyrighted or problematic in other ways, mostly characters with certain generic features like robot + tailor). I don't know what's going on. I can't replicate the error, but I've refreshed the page a number of ways, and some of my GPTs are fine but some are missing.

Hello, can you try navigating to the GPT manually through your browser history? Since the GPTs' names are added to the end of the URLs, you should be able to search by that name if your browser history to try to navigate to one manually. This could help identify whether the GPT is being deleted somehow, or if it's just disappearing from your UI for some reason.

When I tried the URL trick you just shared, I get a message: "GPT inaccessible or not found." Does that mean it's gone for good? I spent so much time configuring this GPT!

Hi, I am getting the same issue. A week ago I've lost 4 GPTs, then they came back, yesterday I've lost another one.
Yes, mine came back after a week or so. Custom GPT avatar images still get removed with no feedback or warning.
Is there a point to this? Get no feedback or support from OpenAI at all. What's the correct way to get actual support for paying users?

The custom gpts reappeared on their own. The custom gpt 'avatar' images never did, and have never gotten an answer or acknowledgement of any kind that this is/was a bug. Email support keeps trying to explain to me to go to a FAQ about how to upload images or whatever, clearly ChatGPT is doing their support or at least being used to write the responses.
