#Error: "sorry an unknown error ocurred, please try again later"

Hi @rocky mortar. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
Hmm, I don't know enough to give you a confident answer yet. The extracts provided do not contain specific information about the error message "sorry an unknown error occurred, please try again later" when using voice mode on the mobile app with a Custom GPT.
However, it's worth noting that the voice of the GPTs is different from the five output voices available for ChatGPT. The GPTs have their own voice option named Shimmer, which is distinctly different from the 5 output voices available to use when having voice conversations with ChatGPT source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/8400625-voice-conversations-beta-faq).
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to OpenAI's support center at help.openai.com (http://help.openai.com) for further assistance.
Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon:
