To report an issue or bug with ChatGPT or the API, you can follow these steps:

For ChatGPT:

  1. Locate the GPT on the GPT discovery page (https://chat.openai.com/gpts/discovery).
  2. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the GPT.
  3. Click "Report".
  4. Fill out the form to tell us more about the issue.

If you're using the app:

  1. Select the GPT you would like to report.
  2. Before starting a conversation, click the 'Report GPT' button.
  3. Fill out the form provided to let us know what's wrong.
