Hello! Do you have a VPN or adblocker installed?
i'm having this similar issue on my computer. i get a similar screen as the first snapshot. it's not a account issue coz my accounts works fine on iOS. but when i use the browser version on my mac it sodesn't work. I tried on safari and firefox. same issue. cleared the caches? yes. VPN? none. cookie blocker? off. I even went so far as reinstall the OS.
As a test, can you try enabling a hotspot on your iOS device, and connecting your computer to that instead of whatever WiFi network it's on? Then, can you try signing in in a private tab on the computer? This might help identify if it's a network thing, or a device thing.
ok... so i used my phone's hotspot and a private browser window. it's working. my initial problem was happening while i was using a wired connection (to my school's network), i tried using the school wifi too... it's not working for both... the funny thing is.. i use my laptop as a wifi hub.. so my phone and ipad are connected to my laptop's wifi signal, which is connected to the school's wired connection. it works on both my iphone and ipad. i tried using the school wifi with my ipad and chatgpt works fine (via the chatgpt app). so it seems to be kinda a network thing and not a network thing....
Thanks for confirming what worked for you. School and business networks sometimes have issues--it could be something from the IT folks for the school network, or something that Cloudflare doesn't like about the way the school network is configured. It's hard to say!
yeah... i've asked my friends if they have the same issues when connected to the school network. i'll also try to test it if when i'm connected to other wired/wifi spots on campus. i'll post an update based on their responses. it's just really weird coz only my laptop is not working but my phone and tablet work, given they're all connected to the same network.
