I have been experiencing problems with my ChatGPT-4 for the past two days. Every time I upload an image, it cannot be read and immediately results in an error response. Yes, I have waited before clicking 'reload', but it just doesn't work. Is the problem on your end or mine? I have tried using different devices (iPhone, Mac, etc.), various browsers, and have cleared the history and cache, yet ChatGPT continues to show errors. I even switched to different Wi-Fi networks to check if it was a connection issue, but the problem persists. Additionally, I have tried uploading images in different formats, such as JPEG and PNG.
