Fire hair help

I am trying to create character art, the AI has rarely been succesfull at generating the hairstyle I want for the character, it's kinda difficult I guess. Notice how in some pictures it did make the hair completely out of fire, but other times it just goes back to giving him REAL hair. What could I change about the prompt?

I'm using the following prompt but DALL-E doesn't get the hair correct it seems.

The prompt:Let's create a character art together, in the drawing artwork style of dnd art, wallpaper size.
In the art we see a character, a fire genasi with dark brown and gray skin. He has a mediterranean face, spotting a short stubble beard. He has fire and glowing red short crew cut hairstyle. He wears flowy arabic robes of transparent fabrics in pink and red shades., his chest visable spotting glowing orange tattoo's.

You can use his hair is made out of hair or you can say his blends with fire. Example one is made out of fire, and example two looks life fire, and you can also use blends between hair and fire like in example 3
