My chat data become not loading and history seems to be gone.

I use ChatGPT-4. Using einvironment is iphone apps and Safari.
I tried regenerate latest message on ChatGPT app on iPhone, then the loading was failed and every data of the chat cannot to be load.
I tried switching browser, by Safari and Chrome, but chat history seems to be blank. I tried make share link, but it never work. On my app, only latest message me and ChatGPT and previous logs are not loaded. I tried the latest ChatGPT regenerate. Normally, try to regenerate message, the latest message is cleared and black dot flashing, but on this time, tie message is not cleared and black dot is flash tail of the previous message. Can I fix it? I want to continue this chat.

I use Adblock Plus on iPhone. I don't use any additional adblock app on PC ( mac OS ventura)

Sorry, I use AdFilter too on iPhone.

Additionally, I can use other chats but the one which I cannot access and load.

In your original post, you mentioned that your chat history wasn't appearing, so by "I can use other chats" do you mean that chat history is working now, or that you can just start new chats now?

Sorry, my explanation of the situation was not appropriate. I am currently creating multiple chat rooms in ChatGPT, and only one of them is having problems, while the others are loading history and responding normally. In the one chat room with the problem, the history is not loading (probably a connection failure) and only the input form is being displayed.

Do you mean you're opening several tabs of ChatGPT at the same time, and using all of them? Or just that you can't get back to this one chat from your history, even from a working tab?

Sorry, I'm not sure I'm clearly conveying what you intend since I'm using a translation site, but I don't have multiple browser tabs open. I have only one tab and open the ChatGPT site, but I can't back this one chat. When I select the chat I want from each of the chats listed in the left sidebar, the talk field on the right is blank except for the input form, and nothing in the talk history is displayed. Also, once you are on this screen, you will not be able to select other chat rooms or post messages in that tab.

If you disable Adblock Plus, Adfilter, and any similar app, is the behavior the same?

If possible, you might try disabling all of these, and then sign in fresh in a private tab of your browser, so that way no cache/cookies are interfering.

I tried to disable the adblock apps, but the behavior is same. I tried disable apps and log-on in a private tab on Safari, iOS 16.6, but it seems not to make any changes.In iOS Safari browser, loagind bar is not completed and menu bar or message field are not able to select.

I’ve also been running into this issue, tried opening the affected chat only for it to lock up chrome and give me this after:

TL:DR
I use GPT-4 for research for my Arma3 Unit as well as for creating short stories and narratives to pass time on slow days at work. Recently I’ve been getting flagged for breaking content policies (apparently I was never aware that war sets off these things). It will flag my content then lock up the chat I’ve been using for my story telling or research (I use two chats, one for each). I will close my app on my phone or exit chrome and restart it only to find it has only remembered the chat of that day (usually one or two prompts at most) and will not allow me to regenerate them, causing it to hang on the regeneration animation.

*side note:
I can start another chat just fine but cannot access the chats I’ve been using, effectively losing months of valuable information for my arma unit and weeks of fun stories I like to reread.
