#No access to ChatGPT Plus (GPT-4)

Hello! What method did you use to subscribe (web/iOS app)? What do you see when you try to login to your account?
web but on the iphone and i can only use the 3.5 version and the popup for the upgrade is still popping up
And just to double check: you only have one ChatGPT account? If so, do you have a VPN installed on the iPhone, or any adblocker app or extension for the web browser (I assume Safari)?
i only have 1 account and no i dont have a vpn or some addblocker app etc.
Can you try installing the official ChatGPT app and signing in there, to see if anything is different there? You can find a link to the app store here: https://openai.com/chatgpt

When you say the payment debited from your account, is it a pending charge or confirmed?
pending till 20.12.2023..?

I'm guessing the charge just hasn't cleared yet, so your Plus subscription may be inactive until that charge confirms. You might reach out to your financial institution to see if they have any more insight for you! But my hunch is that will clear up the issue for you 🤞

The same thing occurred to me, I was using MSFT authentification.
