There are two main ways to contact OpenAI support:

If you don't have an account or can't log in, you can still reach the support team by selecting the chat bubble icon in the bottom right of the OpenAI Help Center (https://help.openai.com) source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6614161-how-can-i-contact-support).
For billing issues, you can send a message via the chat widget in the bottom right of your screen and select the "Billing" option. Please include your email address associated with your account and, if you’re experiencing an issue with ChatGPT Plus, include the date you started your subscription source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7231930-how-can-i-contact-support-about-billing).
