A user on the Discord forum is saying they are the sole authorized user on their account but they are seeing conversations appear that they are not creating. They say they have changed their password, and have logged out and back in, but these 'not them' conversations are still appearing, real time, as they watch.

How do we advise this user to get faster help?

is about someone unable to log into their own account, unrelated to 'I see evidence someone else is in my account and I can't seem to get them out' (for relevance, I've seen concerned users ask about this several times in the discord).

However, the advice given: 'select login or sign up issues' seems to be a hallucination:

I would guess 'accounts' is where to start for that problem, but that doesn't lead to 'log in or sign up issues' either.

Sidenote, many users on the discord have mentioned it is challenging to find their way through the website help bot navigation options to find a way to leave a message for a human (I personally don't find it confusing to find, but it is a number of clicks!).

So this bot giving accurate, detailed steps to successfully navigate to leave a message for humans would be a very welcome service to offer and is actually currently kinda needed.
