Hi. I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for this, but I was on the waiting list for an upgrade to Pro, and the notification for my acceptance came up when I was in the middle of a big call; I had to close the window and I'm afraid that now I may be way back at the start of the waiting list again 😧
I filed a help report in the app but that indicated I could wait as long as a week or more before the team is able to respond.
Am I just stuck here or is there anything I can do?
