Are you familiar with the process for force closing an app clearing its cache in Android's "App info"? If so, can you try:

  • Turn off WiFi/connect to cellular network
  • Force close/clear app cache
  • Reopen app on your cellular network
...to see if the network change makes any difference for you?

Will try restart my phone

Restart also not helping.

# karmic valley Did that before restarting phone, now reinstalled app, but still no luck.

Has the WiFi stayed off since force closing/clearing app cache? The thing I'm trying to troubleshoot with that is whether there's some mismatch happening with your WiFi network specifically, so force closing/clearing the cache after disabling WiFi, and keeping it off, is the specific troubleshooting step I'm suggesting here. Is that what you're saying you've done? Thanks for your patience 🙂

Correct, there was no WiFi possibility at the moment I have done those steps.
Everything was done on mobile data.

All right, so no VPN installed, no adblocker app installed, app force closed/cache cleared, different networks tried, phone rebooted, app uninstalled and reinstalled, no custom DNS settings... I'm stumped! Three more "long shots" to ask about:

  • Do you have any other kind of app installed that might be filtering your traffic in any way?
  • As a test, can you try changing your DNS settings to something like Cloudflare's DNS, followed by another force close/cache clear? If it's related to DNS glitches, maybe forcing it to use a certain DNS will help it clear up.
  • Are your date and time settings correct? Setting themselves automatically? Sometimes a mismatch there can cause network issues.
