My Plus subscription is not working on desktop and I am unable to unsubscribe and resubscribe. I'm unable to use the webapp not even on the free version and it is affecting my workflow. Can someone from the OpenAI team just spend 30 minutes trying to fix this issue? Thank you!

Sounds good 🙂 All right, back to the web app troubleshooting. Does the web app work normally in Safari on the same iOS device where the app works? In other words, does it just seem not to work on the web app on another device?
