chatGPT 3.5 model missing, only ChatGPTAlpha available, but not working | OpenAI | Page 1

I have a free chatGPT3.5 account and I am just waiting for the waitlist to be activated so I can upgrade to Plus.
I just wanted to start a new chat, but the dropdown list now only shows me ChatGPT Alpha as a model, 3.5 is not available. Search queries no longer work. I only get the error message "Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong." What can I do?
