I've been trying to talk to support via their messenger for literally the entire day and not getting anywhere. I've been a $20 subscriber of ChatGPT Plus since June, their support people say: "
The ChatGPT Plus subscription covers usage on the ChatGPT website only and costs $20/month, plus any applicable taxes. This includes usage of all features for Plus and Enterprise users, such as Creating a GPT, DALL•E, Advanced Data Analysis, Voice and Image capabilities, and Browse." and then they "hang up" before I tell them - "I don't have access to these features"... can someone please help me here?
