The GPT 4 model does not appear

When I try to create a new assistant, only these models appear, the model 4 does not appear, what should I do?

Is the bug just it not appearing in this dropdown menu?

I received a notification that they are dealing with billing issues. That might be something to investigate.

Do you mean you have a ChatGPT Plus subscription for $20/month? If so, that's separate from having GPT-4 access on the API. So you'll need to add separate payment info on platform.openai.com, and then follow the guidance in that link I shared in my first message! Then you should be good to go.
