This is gpt-4. I'm testing this with in the OAI playground as well as my own applications. My max limit is $500, and the Usage page reflects it (for December, showing $0.00 / $500.00 limit). On the Billing page there are credits in my account. Nonetheless, attempting to use gpt-4 in the playground and elsewhere fails due to exceeded current quota.
