**Steps to reproduce:**
> 1. Create a new chat
> 2. Send a few messages until it takes up the entire screen
> 3. Refresh the page
> 4. Go to the same chat

**Expected result:**
> The screen scrolls

**Actual result:**
> The screen does not scrolls. Plus: I can't interact with the other functions either, like regenerating the message or feedback

> Browser: Opera GX
> OS: Android 13```
