Hi there, one of my main work chat threads that has a lot of work over the months just seems to crash when I try to open it. "There was an error generating a response" with the green button "Regenerate", but it just crashes. I cant get access to that Chat thread to view previous work.

It is a wide spread problem at the moment at the openai’s side. The status page says that have fixed the problem but it is still there.

It is been like this for months... I cant access that chat as you can expect has a lot of useful information that'ss only there....

The OpenAI team is so incompetent that rather than publicly addressing this never ending issue that is basically impacting all the users (as its more than evident by the troves of threads on the same error), they just stay silent. Customer service is practically non-existent.
