Hello! Sorry you're dealing with this. I'm wondering: was your Plus subscription successfully auto-renewing in the past, or had you been manually re-subscribing each time you wanted to renew?

Yes just one account.
I’ve only been using chrome on normal and incognito which have worked before but not since today
Can you test it in a new install of Firefox, just to see if it's any different?
That's good! Thanks for confirming. There have been some reports where, for some users, a non-Chromium browser like Firefox works while a Chromium browser like Chrome doesn't.
It could be a VPN thing, it could be a firewall/DNS setting, it could be a browser extension in Chrome, to name a few things.
This just happened to me a few moments ago, it was auto renewing all the time
Hi! Would you be willing to take a look at your payment history and double-check when your last successful payment for Plus went through?
Yes checked and my card is fine and it was up to be renewed on my business revolut account and there has been no requests. Also have back up card in there and again no issue with that one, but there was no payment request
I see, are you subscribing through the web interface, or on one of the apps? I wonder if it's possible that the payment failed on your first account, and then that kicked you to waitlist status automatically instead of trying to immediately use your back up card? I have heard other reports from users where they say they were affected by the pause for a temporary payment fail, unfortunately.
@rare laurel there was no attempt on main, as Revolut inform
