Actually tried to post the public url of a custom GPT with this format

Could you explain why the original url is rejected ?

This is just a guess, not sure if relevant, but it seems like the "/" and ":" characters in your URL are being replaced by their character codes, maybe a weird copy/paste glitch? I'm pretty sure your link should look like this:
