Profile picture keeps resetting, cannot publish Custom GPT

• I uploaded a custom picture to set as profile picture using the GPT builder, and it works. But every time I return after some time, it has been reset.
• Once the image is gone, I can no longer publish any text changes
• I cannot upload the profile picture directly in the configure tab. It accepts the image, but does nothing after that.
• There are a few consle errors

Huh, interesting! Thanks for sharing the log. The errors stating "Content Security Policy" make me wonder: is there anything potentially problematic/copyrighted in the images you're trying to upload? I don't know what kind of visual checking they do on these, but just wondering if that might be what's tripping it up!

I don't think so. I created the image using dalle3 (on chatgpt). But I tried just blank image too - nothing seems to work. I suspect some service is broken, and the image is a necessary condition to publish - so it is refusing to allow me to go forward

Can you share the general contents/idea of your custom GPT? The "Your changes can't be published" box doesn't mention anything about the image itself, so I'm wondering if the image thing could be a symptom of a different problem, instead of the root problem itself?

I think it is the image, since I could publish it a whole bunch of times this morning. I'm trying to build a simple FAQ answerer from lots of github readmes, website FAQs etc for my company (comma.ai).

I was wondering how good it would be to answer simple questions people might have when they visit the website. But this is turning out to be harder for unrelated reasons 😅

Interesting! I'm wondering if it's erroneously flagging you for trying to use content that's not yours, even though you're not? Anyway, don't think I have anything else to suggest for ya so I'll see myself out--glad you posted here and hope someone can give you some insight!

Last long shot: some GPTs have been "bugged" before per other reports I've read, and the "fix" was as simple as making a fresh GPT, copying over all the contents from the "bugged" one, then deleting the original one. If you're desperate, maybe try this!
