Hello! Do you happen to have a VPN installed, or any kind of adblocker app?
Hi! No, I didn't do anything to my phone. It just didn't work. Now I can't just use ChatGPT on my iPhone.
Right? Do you know how to make official support of this bug? This is serious problems, I found many of my friends experienced the same issue here

I already did, no answer from the web also from the appstore. Is your app working normally now?
That’s weird, they replied to me within 1-2 hours through email and in the chat bot

If you are using a VPN, please disconnect from your VPN.
Relaunch the app. That is helpful for us because the app will try to connect to our service and share some important details. If that does not work, please uninstall the app and re-download it. (We know that may not seem like it will help, but getting a fresh install on the latest version is very useful to give us a fresh start debugging any problems.) Hopefully that will solve the problem.
If you are using an iPhone, make sure it's iPhone 8 or newer and your iPhone iOS version is 16.1 or newer. If you're accessing ChatGPT from your phone's browser instead of our mobile apps, clearing the cookies in your browser might solve some issues. If that's not the issue, try using another browser, device, or network.
Check if ChatGPT was down when you encountered the problem. There may have been a temporary issue with the servers, in which case simply retrying should help.

Wdym? If you mean I sent the details already, then it's yes, I sent them the details, still didn't work. I use ChatGPT on my Android phone rn. They have bad customer service.

Ah, okok. Yes, I mean reply to their email. I end up not sending them in regards to the details of the error, stopped using ChatGPT app from my iPhone because nothing works. Just hoped one day they will fix this somehow.
