API keys not listed | OpenAI | Page 1

I have created several API keys and none of them show up in the API keys page, therefore I'm unable to delete them. I already tried switching between my org and Personal to no avail.

Steps to reproduce:

Access https://platform.openai.com/api-keys

Expected result:
I should be able to view my API Keys

Actual result:

I get a "You currently do not have any API keys" message. I also get the error message that I attached above when I open the Network tab in the browser developer tools

Browser: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
OS: Windows 11
