try writing the text part in quotes example
(make a meme of a guy in an office "fudge office work!") if that doesnt work say "blah blah blah" in captions at the end.

usually the first method works but sometimes it gets weird and its better to open a new chat sometimes though it just really wants to add the text in a certain way
