Once it was pretty smart and you can have a good chat with it. You could code with it. You could ask it to make awesome lists. A true pleasure. Now??! It has developed an arrogant personality. You get TOS warnings no matter what you want to talk about. It is a failing venture now to try and use it for anything other than mindless chatter without expecting truthful or even somewhat intelligent replies. Please bring it back to the IQ it once had.

Do you have any "before and after" examples you'd be comfortable sharing that demonstrate this change?

Go use it and then you can see for yourself. Yesterday I asked it what day Hannukah fell on and it started writing python code.

if it happens to you so often then it should be easy to share multiple such where the issues are visible so the devs can see the thread id and context

I leave feedback each time it happens explaining exactly how it failed us. The issue is that with each release it isn't getting better, it's getting worse to save money as GPU time is expensive. It now uses the least amount of energy to auto-complete as possible making it terrible at anything more than basic chat. I don't mind paying more to make up for the cost OpenAI has if it gets me a working GPT as we used to have. Go ask it to scramble letters in words for you as that is the simplest way to see how it fails. Give it a list of 15 words and ask it to scramble the letters up. Once it could do it accurately. It struggles to do it now. If there are double letters in the word it completely fails.
