#Custom GPT Bot Profile Picture not working! ! ! Glitched

I need help with this ASAP!!!!
spend days programming it just to find the image upload not working and my only alternative is to wait for an unknown amount of time or give them more money and open a new account and retrain my bots, ie waste thousands of dollars in man hours

tried switching browser, turned off extension, vpn off, problem still happens, literally nothing happens when clicking on upload photo for bot profile
waited a couple days still samething since the day i started using custom GPT this is a huge setback and makes my bots look brandles
need help with this asap
