#Autoscrolling is broken (Chrome, Edge, Android App)

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ask GPT-4 questions, so the answer goes past the bottom of the screen

Expected result:

The screen scrolls down, so we always see the cursor where Chat GPT is at, UNLESS the user scrolls up voluntarily (through arrow keys or mouse wheel), in which case autoscroll will not operate until the user scrolls back down to the bottom

Actual result:

ChatGPT's answer is written below the screen, and the user must manually scroll down (see gif). This may not sound like much but this is a MAJOR inconvenience when it happens literally hundreds of times every day.

Additional information

Browser: Chrome & Edge
OS: Windows, Android App

Sometimes the down arrow seems to get "stuck" too, maybe happens when I manually scroll down instead of clicking the arrow? Seems like the arrow keeps its position relative to the text, not the UI? Maybe a separate issue from what you're showing here
