This is a truly, open world game, where literally anything is possible, you can form your own story, your own journey, or start to dive into one of the custom build mysteries and adventures, and customise it to your own liking. There are no two similar games and experiences.

ohhhh nice
thanks man 😄
Sounds awesome. I will make sure to test it!
Thanks man I hope you will have fun with it 🫡
Thank you so much it means a lot we have been working hard on it. So far it is still just very early stages if this works and folks love it we have so many ideas and mechanics to try 😄
This is what a GPT RGP game should look like, not like forcing the AI to be a DM for DND 5E like so many other people are doing. Keep it up.
Also note that GPT4 can't generate random numbers on its own, so asking it to pick a random number between 1 and 10 won't give you a uniform distribution of results. This type of game doesn't really require true randomness anyways, so it's fine.
thanks for the feedback and support. the random generation, is supposed to make it a bit challenging and exciting so not everything is an automatic win or success. I try to modify it to keep this random in a different way.
We brainstormed some ideas and updates are coming soon. Thanks for all the help and support guyz😘
Anyone interested in sharing chats of their adventures with this? I'd love to read some!
That would be so cool, and would help us a lot what to improve
@stuck tapir Absolutely loving it, the bot is great at keeping a recurring "game".
I do have a question though, how does the difficulty mechanic and random number really work? So far all my tasks have been a success (they have been easy though so it makes sense). But how does it decide if they are a sucess or not
@cyan cliff I didn’t pit too much thought to the “mechanics” I wanted to create a game where literally anything is possible with AI and focus more on the story. That being said, The mechanics are pretty straight forward:
Before every action a random number gets generated to decide whether the action is successful or not.
Each action has a score from 0-10
0-3 are basic task like drinking water, walking down some stairs
4-7 more complex task like running away climbing a fence etc
8-10 hard task like hacking into a top secret facility etc
there are also task that have an 11 score so they are impossible: These are usually one sentence “God like” interventions like Kill everyone or get infinite money
Ah right I see
But if you have any ideas or suggestions for difficulty I am more than happy to hear you out🫡
So far all is perfect for me. But I'm excited to see what updates yall bring
Thanks man we have some ideas. The Solar Cartel Team is working a lot on this one. Thanks for your feedback and support
Without specific instructions otherwise (from you, or from the OP in the instructions) then the AI wants to give you what you appear to it to want.
Unless someone's very clear, you're going to succeed at everything even impossible, 'you could only do this if you were cheating or the AI doesn't have a clue how to enforce the rules' task.
That's because the AI isn't there, based on its core instructions, to enforce any rule it doesn't have to - it's there to ensure the humans it interacts with are helped and that the AI itself is helpful, harmless, useful, and good for humans.
What that means for the AI to do is kinda up in the air - like being a 'good parent', giving the kid everything the kid wants vs being very strict, either can raise a decently successful child and the AI leans towards 'I'm not your parent, I'm your AI- tell me what you want to do and let's find a way to do what you want' in any case.
what you said is true this AI does everything does enable a kind of “God mode” in the game but worked on it. Nad now It should tell you when something is not successful. E.g. If you rolplay as 70+ year old detective you won’t be able to jump a fence automatically 😄
Oooh! This makes the game even more interesting to me 🙂
I would love to read peoples' shared conversations if anyone wants to share any!
We added on some new information and lore so the stories that you can craft, have a better flow and plot, also we have fine tuned the mechanics a bit, If you like this kind of open world adventure vibe please give this one a go, and tell us your ideas, and oppinions so we can fine tune it even more
