Hi, I'm unable to load my chat history. it will display the error like this screenshot. Other history load well.

Edit:
- Creating a new chat works, but when clicking on an old one, the "Oops, an error occurred!" pops up again.
- This does not happen for chats from 17.10.2023 and further back in the past.
- I'm on Plus plan

According to my tests, there are some plugins that work and others that don't.
If you add 2 or more plugins, you're bound to get an error message: Oops, an error occurred!
There are quite a few posts on the openai forum on this subject.

I have same issue. Disabled two plugins, tried different browsers. Problem occurs with evey previous chat. Below is the error code from browser's console

did you try visiting the URL chat.openai.com instead of hitting the "Try again" button?

nothing is happeinging tbh im facing this form past 2 days i disabled the plugins and changed multipal browsers that dont even have any extension.
but still the same issue.
i thought of removing plugins and maybe delete the chats but it dosent even give me a xml backup so i can retirve them afterwards.

The error is occurring if there's more than 1 extension enabled, with just 1 it doesn't occur

Clearing cache and switching browsers didn't work. However, shutting off all ChatGPT plugins and then starting a new chat works for me.

I have the same issue and can confirm that starting a new chat works with no plugin but that doesn't solve historical chats sadly

I have been using AskMyPDF consistently and wondered if it is Plugin specific. Also some others but generally the same plugins and I can't access Sept history either
