I believe there is a huge bug in the way support chat works.

  1. Takes awefully lot to get an answer
  2. Once you get an answer, it is just points to FAQ, even though you mentioned that you already did so
  3. Any consecutive answer takes another loooonngggg time and the answer is another FAQ or BS pointing to an unnecessary thing that could have been avoided if anyone bother to READ and UNDERSTAND your message and problem the first place
  4. Results countless times and money lost and eating your time and patience up!
  5. I suggest to have an ACTUAL HUMAN who can READ, UNDERSTAND what was written and read, than has ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE to HELP to fix the ISSUES!

problem is, the ACTUAL HUMAN who can READ, UNDERSTAND is only capable of reviewing a limited number of tickets at a time. OpenAI is constantly gaining new customers and there's no way they can properly scale with it. Also this isn't a bug
