**Additional information**
> OS: iOS 17.1.1
> App: ChatGPT 1:2023:312
-I am located in remote Alaska. There is cellular and WiFi infrastructure here, all catering to the local industry.
-For the first week I was here, the app worked as expected. The initial problem was that it would err when I submitted a question. It would err with no latency, immediately as the prompt was submitted.
-I restarted my phone in an effort to fix the issue. Upon reopening the app I was required to log in, at which point the issue above began. It has persisted for 2 weeks.
-I have tried:
-Updating iOS and the app
-Using cellular and WiFi connections
-Installing VPN and trying with and without VPN on both cellular and WiFi connections
-Deleting app and associated data and reinstalling app
**Peculiar variables**
>I am able to log in on the website using both Google and Safari apps. I experience no problems with either of these apps.
>My company’s IT department sent an email cautioning people about the use of AI apps 2 days prior to the problems beginning. It did not prohibit use, but urged users to not disclose personal or sensitive business information.
>My date and time settings are correct, but as is typical in remote locations like mine, the IP address often registers as a different location, often times a different state and time zone. However, again, I had no problems for the first week on the same connection.
