#I can't cancel my GPT Plus account when I click on "my plan" nothing loads

As the subject says...I've tried on different computers, clearning browser history, cache, cookies, incognito mode, and even on mobile...all the same. The "my plan" link simply doesn't work.
I'd like to know how this can be canceled before my next billing cycle please
