I want to cancel my subscription, but I cannot acce the "My plan" section. I tried with Chrome and Edge, using Italian or English language, but when I click on it, nothing happens

Same, but I want to extend it. Yesterday I saw Sam's Twitter. He wrote that they are suspending subscriptions for new users. Perhaps this has something to do with it.
