Message in Conversation not found

so after a couple of days of trying to figure out why I have been getting this error, I have given up. It has to do with my documents, but I don't know why I am getting it? I asked about the document, and then it just gave me that message.

Do you have any security in place protecting your custom instructions? I wonder if that's causing it on mine
