Bug Report:
Creating GPTs with OpenAPI "actions" made it that I can no longer edit my custom GPTs (the 3 dots don't appear on the right side and I can't edit it from a new chat with it). The GPTs I create using the actions also bricks those custom GPTs. By bricked I mean that I cannot save them and when I go to access them in the explore menu, I'm met with a blank screen.

Steps to reproduce:

Create Custom GPT that uses "actions"

Attempt to save, attempt to edit from explore menu, attempt to start a new chat with it.

Expected result:

I can edit, save, and create new chats with my custom GPTs

Actual result:

I can create new chats with the non-action based GPTs, but I cannot edit any of my custom GPTs nor start a new chat with the action based GPTs
