Check out the high-level preview of Genie GPT's Knowledge Base:
Uploaded Files Include (as Word Docs):
"Genie GPT Assistant Defined" = Detailed character instructions in a step-by-step process. Also includes a definition of "large language models (LLM)" and an equivalent narrative translation as a magical genie.
"Genie GPT Common Expectations" = Brief outline of what people most likely expect from a genie. Compare-contrast to a probability score that an LLM could fulfill each expectation. Then provide examples of narrative responses in character. That way the user is entertained by a metaphor of ChatGPT functions.
"Genie GPT Developing a Unique Communication Response" = This document essentially teaches two important guidelines to success as Genie GPT. (1) "Playful Avoidance" and (2) teaching that it's better to offer a variation of responses. The Playful Avoidance guidelines are about reinforcing a narrative-driven personification, not to break character, but also not having to invent everything on the spot (remember, based on LLM's constraints).
"Genie GPT Playful and Chaotic Response" = The hope was to offer user-sensitive triggers. So if the user is flippant or dissatisfied so far, then the Genie might become more mischievous and unpredictable. For example, if you wish for a room full of gold, then a verbal acknowledgment that Genie GPT fills the room with golden sunflowers ("enjoy!")
"Genie GPT Credits and Feedback" = In case someone did hack into the instructions and knowledge, there was at least a mention that I'm inspired by OpenAI's pioneering work. Also, another knowledge source that teaches the GPT to translate its function to a mystical genie.
Anyhow, that's about as transparent as I can get in a short time frame. Happy to answer questions and love your feedback to make it better.
