exactly, it's frustrating, paying and receiving a slow service that keeps crashing all the time, I ask for a survey and it stops working, it's terrible .I live in Brazil, the 20 USD is the equivalent of 100 USD for me, it's an expensive service, It's difficult to pay so much and have a service that doesn't work properly.

not only is it slow, it breaks almost every time for me. i have gotten "network error" after "network error" over and over on many different chat thread attempts.
my current thing i'm trying to work on has broken 7 times now

I'm also experiencing this slowness in the past weeks. It's taking several minutes to answer anything, or giving network error all the time. It's unusable!!
The entire team left and there is nobody to take care of the service, or something!? They should at least give our money back until things get normalized. : p
