The custom gpt refuses to acknowledge the actions. It just seems to want to make a call from its own python environment instead of making the api call through the action. And the builder apparently isn't aware of the actions existence either

Update: it looks like the openAPI spec I upload is changed after updating. It changes to an empty spec without an operationId
