I created my GPT and added some text documents as a context, everything worked and I published it. Next day I decided to add some more documents to my GPT and it gets broken with "Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong." messages. I tried adding images, result is the same. It is impossible to extend knowledge after publishing GPT.

I just found out that you get this when you have an outdated ChatGPT plugin installed. Try this:

  1. Disable plugins.
  2. Reload page (shift-reload).
  3. Test a 'New chat'; if that now works then
  4. enable plugins one by one until you find the one that failed.
  5. Go to the "Plugin store -->" (at the bottom of the plugin drop-down list) and uninstall that plugin.
  6. Reinstall the plugin.

Thank you for response. Unfortunately it is something different, since I don't use any plugins.
