Hi, I am a paying subscriber of ChatGPT. I am very frustrated, because I use ChatGPT everyday, but since several weeks ChatGPT is constantly freezing, crashing, and each update makes it less and less usable. I feel that as a paying subscriber I should be entitled to at least the minimum service!!! I can barely use it, and I end up trying for DAYS to resolve the same problems because it simply crashes or I need to re-explain all the time the same things, and ChatGPT makes me circle in round.
It has come to a point where I must wait several minutes for any response, and it is crashing routinely. Can you raise the Quality of service in my area (North America East...) if it's a virtual machine power problem?? I can barely use ChatGPT now and I am relying on this service, that's why I am paying for it.

Maybe it is related to outdated plugins that you have installed. Just a guess, but apparently they don't test or recover from someone having old plugins installed. Also see #1173211922594795561 message
Have you tried in Incognitno mode / cleared cookies / different browser?
what browser are you using?

Yes this is apauling for a paid service. No other paid service is this flaky and goes down. I fully expect a refund because I'm barely ever able to use it.
I have two specific chats here that are freezing too much. I've tried to clear cache, change browser, renew ip config, but these two specific ones are taking forever to provide an answer. One of the is constantly freezing on the first answer so everytime I have to click regenerate. Does anyone know what might be going on?
