📖 Second-person POV interactive fiction text adventures! 📖
This is my attempt at "porting" over an interactive fiction platform I was working on into the new "GPT's" system from the API. Definitely a work in progress, but I think It's pretty good for the how limited the system is!
To start: Enter your desired genre (can be a mix or an existing world), followed by your character details.
E.g: Steampunk Fantasy with horror elements. Margarette, Female, Doctor.
You can get fairly creative with it, but I'd recommend sticking to 1-2 genres and simple descriptions to start out with.
From there, you interact with the world by typing what you want your character to do.
E.g.: I walk up to the man and say "I'm going to eat that cake" or I eat the cake.
You can give it meta-instructions (out of character) by enclosing them in double brackets
E.g.: ((Focus more on describing the flavours of the cake, use elaborate wording, describe every bite)) I bite into the cake
((Please stop mentioning cake, please, I'm so full)) I bite into the cake
