Is this due to the servers not being able to handle the amount of traffic? Or is it something else that I could potentially fix?

Having the same issue. I have deleted and resubmitted multiple times and it keeps happening. Usually when I go back and try to edit something it’s the beta version so hopefully it gets figured out.

Try deleting some files uploaded in the knowledge base, worked for me.

hmm ye just deleted the file i uploaded most recently and its at least talking again now

its a very crucial file tho, is deleting and reuploading it over and over going to eventually work?
