CustomGPT crashes when given pdf | OpenAI | Page 1

Anytime I upload a pdf to knowledge, everything works fine in builder and the preview. Then after I save, the gpt cannot respond, only saying "Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong" in a red box. The preview, the builder and the live gpt do not work and give only that response.

Note: other file types work just fine

Never mind, there are multiple file formats that cause this issue

I get that error when I have 5+ pdfs. Any less and I'm fine

that said, I'm pretty sure that's still not supposed to happen

I have 4 JSON and 4 .txt files.

sometimes turning off capabilities lets you use more pdfs without errors from what I've seen
